Orange Monkey Pro Team After a hard block of racing in South Africa the British riders headed to the far corner of the country for the latest round of the British National Series. Cornwall was given much credit for its course last year and after a few small changes it didn’t disappoint again with a fast flowing lap of just under 15 minutes.

A great start by all three of our Elite Men saw them power into the first corner side by side leaving the management watching on with baited breathe hoping for a clean run into the first piece of single-track.

The race soon settled down and the riders found their rhythm returning 3 top 20 results. Travel and tired legs prevented the higher positions we were hoping for but a good race all round.

kIn the Junior category Billy has struggled to find his form of late and today luck wasn’t on his side after being taken out by an Elite backmarker bringing into question once again whether or not the Elite race should be a stand-alone event. Billy’s time will come as this talented youngster moves forwards.
